活塞裙部外形轮廓误差的评定

摘要:
提出了用矩法原理与单纯形优选法评定活塞裙部横截面轮廓误差的方法,建立了横截面轮廓误差评定的数学模型;根据测量数据满足小偏差与小误差假设的条件,应用最小二乘原理建立了活塞纵向轮廓多项式拟合的数学模型,并应用微机辅助测试系统进行了实验分析。

Abstract:
This paper suggests the evaluating cross-section contour error,the principle of moment method and single optimum seeking method. The mathematical model of a cross-section contour error evaluation was established. Based on the satisfying of the hypothessis conditions of small deviation and small error with the measured data ,and also on the principle of least square method,the multinomial fitting mathematical model of longitudinal-section contour was established, and its experimental analysis was systematically made with the computer-aided measurement system.
