| 在把贫困理解为封闭条件下一种社会均衡状态的前提下,运用发展经济学理论及耗散结构原理,从投资必要性、资金来源、投资方向、投资方法诸方面论证了如何运用商品经济的物质力量冲开贫困地区封闭的门户,打破贫困经济僵死的均衡状态,使贫困地区的经济由自给自足的非市场化向市场化的商品经济过渡,为贫困地区制定开发战略提供了一定的理论依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the Rerequisite of the better understanding of poverty in a balance-state of colsed society, this paper deals with how to use material forces of commodity economy to open the colsed gate of poverty-stricken area and to break down the balance of economic stiffness of poverty-stricken areas using the economic developing theory,and the principle of comsuption and dispersion structure from the investment necessity,fund resources, investment direction and approaches thereby to provide the theoretical base for making strategical policy for the poverty-stricken area to transform the self-subsistence economy with non-market direction into the market commodity economy. |
