TET烟草生长调节剂应用效果及机理研究

摘要:
试验表明,TET烟草生长调节剂对烟草种子活力、根系活力及烟株生长发育有明显的促进作用。用TET浸种后,烟草种子的电导率降低,呼吸强度增加,种子萌发时间短,发芽势高,出苗早、齐,幼苗生长势强,苗株干重、根长及根干重均明显增加,有利养分吸收,可提早移栽。烟株的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性及过氧化氢酶活性均有提高,有利光合作用及氮素同化,提高了烟叶的产量和品质。

Application Effect of TET Tobacco Growth Regulation Agent and Its Mechanisms

Abstract:
The tests showed that TET tobacco growth regulation agent had an obvious promoting effect upon seed and root system activity and tobacco growth and development. After TET was used to soak seeds,electric conductivity of tobcco seeds decreased; respiration strength increased;duration of seed germination was shortened with high germination potential,early emergence and uniformitytyoung seedlings grew sturdily; and dry matter in plantlets, root length and root dry weight had an apparent increase, which was favourable for nutrient uptakes.so that the young seedlings can be transplanted early. At the same time,chlorophyll content,nitrate reductase activity and hydrogen preoxidase activity in tobacco plants were improved, which was also favourable for photosynthesis and nitrogen assimilation so that tobacco yield and quality can be greatly raised.
