| 应用生物学效率、发菌天数及子实体等性状指标,对麦草栽培平菇16个菌株的模糊聚类分析结果归为八类。其中第一类的8141,8148,8132三个菌株发菌期短、产量高、质量好,与实际生产较为一致。同时分出了具有一定规律性的过渡型类别,为优良菌株选育和生产提供理论依据和新的信息。 |

| Abstract: |
| Using the charater indices of biological efficiency, days of mycelium growth and fruiting body, the results derived from the fuzzy cluster analysis of 16 Plearotus ostreatus strains cultured in wheat straw were finalized inth 8 groups. Of which, three strains including 8141, 8148 and 8132 in the first group have shown the characteristics of short growth period, high yield and good quality, being in agreement with practical production. At the same time, a transition-type group with certain regularity is selected, thus, providing a theoretical basis and new information for the further selection adn production of the strains. |
