苦皮藤麻醉成分对粘虫生理生化指标的影响

摘要:
采用石蜡切片观察、仪器分析及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳等方法,研究了杀虫植物苦皮藤麻醉成分对粘虫幼虫某些生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,苦皮藤麻醉成分不破坏中肠肠壁细胞,但对围食膜的分泌有显著抑制作用。试虫被麻醉后其呼吸耗氧量及心搏速率明显下降,其中肠和血淋巴酯酶同功酶谱带和正常试虫相比发生显著变化。

Effects of Narcotic Components of the Chinese Bittersweet on Physiological and Biochemical indexes AgainstArmyworm Larvae

Abstract:
The experiments of narcotic components of the Chinese bittersweet (Celastrus angulatus) in physiological and biochemical indices against armyworm (Mythimna separate) larvae were carried out using paraffin section, instrumental analysis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that narcotic components of the Chinese bittersweet did not destroy the midgut cells but considerably inhibited the secretion of peritrophic membrane. After the experimental larvae were treated with narcotic components, their respiratory oxygen uptake and the rate of their heartbeats were obviously dropped, of which the zymograms of esterase isozyme in midgut and hemolymph of narcotized larvae changed greatly in comparison with those of normal larvae.
