速保利对小麦条锈病的防治效果

摘要:
温室盆栽及田间小区试验结果表明,速保利(Diniconazole)对防治小麦条锈病有优异的保护作用和治疗作用。该剂叶面施用后保护活性持续50d以上,能有效地防止条锈菌侵染和降低反应型。潜育期施药能中断侵染,铲除叶内菌丝体,在显症或产孢后施药,能使已有病斑褐变枯死,有效地抑制再侵染。田间适期喷药有很高的防治效果和保产效果,用药量略低于三唑酮。

The Control Effects of Diriiconazole Upon Wheat Stripe Rust

Abstract:
Pot experiments in greenhouse and field plot experiments revealed that the protective and curative activity of Diniconazole against stripe rust of wheat was very strong. The fungicide was able to prevent rust infection and lower the infection type by foliar spraying. The effective duration of Diniconazole lasted over 50 days. Rust colonies were eradicated by Diniconazole treatment in incubation period. Rust pustules turned blackish-brown with necrotic margins, the further spread of existing infection was areested when sprays were applied after symptom expression and pustule formation. The application of the fungicide in right time gave effective control over rust and increased wheat yield remarkably. The recommended dosage for field spraying was slightly lower than that of Triadimefon (Bayleton).
