家鸡血清脂酶同工酶研究

摘要:
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对我国3个优良地方鸡种(泰和、略阳、雪峰)以及2个外来鸡种(来航、罗斯)的血清脂酶同工酶进行了抽样测定。结果表明,上述鸡种脂酶位点(Es-1)由等位基因Es-1A和Es-1B所支配。计算了各鸡种Es-1位点的基因型和基因频率,进一步证实Es-1B和Es-1B基因频率在蛋用型鸡种和肉用型鸡种间的显著差异。在Es-1A区域区分出一条新的同工酶变异体,证实Es-1A基因可进一步区分为Es-1A1和Es-1A2两个等位基因。

A Study on Serum Esterase-l Isozymes in the Domestic Fowls

Abstract:
Serum samples of three local chicken breebs (Taihe, Luryang, and Xyefeng)and two foreign breeds (White Leghorn and Ross Brown) were analysed for the esterase isozymes by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the esterase-1 locus (Es-1) of the above chicken breeds was controlled by the alleles of Es-lA and Es-lB. Genotype and gene frequencies of each breed were calculated. It was further confired that there was a significant difference of the genes Es-1A and Es-1B between meat type and egg type chickens. A new isozyme band was discovered in the Es-lA zone and this confirmed that the Es-lA gene could be subdivided into Es-lA1 and Es-A2 alleles.
