红豆草中粘液细胞的初步研究

摘要:
红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia scop)除根以外的各器官中都有粘液细胞分布,该细胞的体积明显大于相邻组织的细胞,形状以不同器官而异,有长方形、楔形、椭圆形、方形或不规则形。透射和扫描电镜研究发现,粘液细胞的细胞壁较厚,细胞壁向内生长形成内突,相互交织成网状。成熟细胞的细胞腔内无细胞器。干旱区与湿润区材料的对比研究表明,干旱条件下,粘液细胞的分布密度增大,细胞壁内突生长强烈而复杂,这对抗旱有积极作用。

A Preliminary Study on the Mucilage Cell in Sainfoin (Onobrychis viciaefolia scop)

Abstract:
There are mucilage cells distributed in each organ of sainfoin except its root system. The volume of mucilage cell is obviously larger than that in other tissue cells. Its shapes are different because of different organs, including rectangular, wedged, ellipcal, and square or irregular shapes. The observation of transmission and scanning electron microscopy revealed that the cell wall of mucilage is thicker and ingrowth is forming the inward protuberances which interweave to form net shape. In mature mucilage cell, no organella are found. Comparison between the dry and humid areas indicated that the distribution density of mucilage cells increased, and wall ingrowth is vigrous and complicated in the dry conditions, thus playing a positive role in drought resistance.
