| 采用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶浓度梯度电泳法对5个鸡种的385只个体的血清样品进行了电泳分离,结果表明:前白蛋白,白蛋白,运铁蛋白具多态性。照相记录了典型的蛋白质电泳区带,并根据其表型计算了各群体的基因型频率与基因频率。运用改进的浓度梯度电泳法标识出一个新的后运铁蛋白多态位点,证明此法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高等优点。 |

| Scrum samples from 385 chickens of different breeds were analysed by the improved vertical pol yacr yuluinulc gradient gel clcctrophoresis. The results showed that prealbiunin (Pa) , albumin (Alb) and transferrin (Tf) were polymorphic. Pictures of Ihe lypical protein eleetrophoretic variants were taken, and the genotype and gene frequencies of different populations were calculated based on their phcnolypcs. A new pol ymorphic locus,post-transfernn locus ( Pit) was designated with the improved eleetrophoretic method which was proved to have quick, easy and sensitive advantages. |
