| 对陕西境内10种花卉病毒病的毒原进行了寄主范围、症状反应、蚜虫传播、种子传播,血清学和电子显微镜观察等试验表明:美人蕉花叶病、美人蕉黄色斑驳病、美人蕉白色条点花叶病、唐菖蒲条纹花叶病、唐菖蒲环斑病、申红花叶病、早金莲花叶病.大理花明脉花叶病、大理花环斑病和鸡冠花花叶病的毒原依次为美人蕉花叶病毒、美人蕉黄色斑驳病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒、菜豆黄色花叶病毒,烟草环斑病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒、大理花花叶病毒、番茄斑萎病毒和黄瓜花叶病毒.另外,在大理花病株中检测到黄瓜花叶病毒。 |

| Through 4 years investigations in Shaanxi, We have identified 10 kinds of flower virus diseases by conventional niclhods.vuch as symplomatology.host rangc.transmission manncr,scrology and EM .The results reveal that the canna (Canna generalis or C.indica)mild mosaic.lhc canna yellow, mottle, the canna white slrcak,lhc gladiolus(文字Gladiolus grandiforus)stripc mosaic.thc gladiolus rigspot.thc salvia (salvia splendcns)mosnasturtium(Tropaeolum majus)mosaic,lhc dahlia (Dahlia pinnate) mosaic.thc dahlia ringspot and the cockscomb (Celosia cristata)mosaic disease arc caused by canna mosaic virus.canna yellow mottle virus,cucumbcr mosaic virus (CMV).bcan yellow mosaic virus,tobacco ringspot virus(ToRSV),CMV,CMV,dahlia mosaic virus, tomato spotted wilt virus and CMV respectively. In addition , we have detected CMV in the mosaic dahlia by scrological method. |
