大豆干燥模型的适应性探讨

摘要:
对国外的大豆干燥平衡模型和四个薄层模型进行了模拟分析.在一定模拟条件(大豆初始水分含量小于22%,热风温度22~65℃,相对湿度25%~70%)下,对不同模型指示的水分随干燥时间的变化,降水幅度和通风量之间的关系,以及各个薄层模型稳定工作的临界风量指标进行比较,结果表明,White模型在大豆干燥的适宜工作条件下具有广泛的适应性.通过对我国鲁豆5号的干燥试验结果和利用White模型模拟干燥计算结果的分析比较,认为可借用White模型对鲁豆5号进行干燥分析研究.

Abstract:
A simulation analysis was made of an equilibrium drying model and four thin layer drying models for soybean used abroad. In certain conditions( i. c. initial moisture contents in soybean arc less than 22%; the heat wind temperature 22-651:; and relative humidity 25%-70% ), compared moistures indicated by various models with the changes in. drying time and relationship between rainfall frequency and amount of ventilation as well as the indexes of critical, ventilation of steady working conditions in each thin layer modcl.Thc results indicate that White model is of wide adaptability in the case of suitable working conditions of soybean. Tt is considered through the analytical comparisonof drying test of Lu bean No 5 and the calculation of simulation drying by White model that White model can be used to carry out drying analysis of Lu bcanNo 5.
