山羊甘肃棘豆中毒临床病理学研究

摘要:
每天以10g/kg的剂量,经瘤胃瘘管给山羊甘肃棘豆(Oxytropis kansuensis)粉,20d后受试羊(n=8)陆续出现与自然病例相同的中毒症状,中毒羊血清碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、精氨酸酶、肌酸磷酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性和尿素氮含量明显升高,尿低聚糖及其中甘露糖含量明显升高,血清α-甘露糖苷酶活性和E-玫瑰花环形成率明显下降,脑脊液乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酸磷酸激酶活性明显升高。表明甘肃棘豆对山羊脑、肝、肾、心和其他脏器有不同程度的损害作用,并能降低机体细胞免疫功能,其有毒成分属于吲哚兹定生物碱。

Clinicopathology of Poisoning of Oxytropis kansuensis in Goats

Abstract:
Oxytropis kansuensis was given to eight goats at a dosage of lOg/kg per day via Rurnan Fistula.After the 20th day, the goats appeared to have toxic symptoms similar to natural poisoning cases in succession. Activates for serum AKP, GOT, CPK, ARG, LDH and BUN values inth epoisoned goats increased significantlyd, and so did the oligosa ccharide and mannose rich oligosaccharide in urine.Serum α-mannosidase activity and the percentage of lymphocytes forming erythrocyte rostte decreased greatly while the activates for CSF-LDH, CSF-GOT and CSF-CPK increased apparently. These results proved that oytropis kansuensis might damage brain, liver, kindnery, hear and other viscera in goat and also lower the cell immune functions of body cells, and that the toxin can be indolizidine alkaloid.
