塿土中铬对玉米、小麦生长发育的影响

摘要:
采用塿土进行盆栽试验结果表明,铬对玉米、小麦生长发育的影响与其浓度和价态有关,浓度愈大对作物的危害症状越明显,六价铬的毒性显著大于三价铬。施入六价铬浓度大于5ppmm时,植株茎叶出现危害症状,干物质减产10%;大于10ppm时,出现死苗;而三价铬浓度大于400ppm时,才有危害症状产生。小麦出现六价铬危害症状的浓度为40ppm,三价铬为200ppm。小麦籽粒中铬的含量大于玉米。同一作物茎叶中的含量大于籽粒。CrCl3对玉米、小麦的危害大于Cr2(SO4)3.

Abstract:
Pot experiments with Lou soil have shown that the effects of Cr upon the growth and development of corn and wheat are related to its valences and concentration.The higher the concentration,the greater the toxicity to crops;and the toxieity of Cr (Ⅵ) is higher than that of Cr(Ⅲ).When the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) is higher than 5 ppm,some damage occured to plant leaves and stems,and the dry matter is reduced by 10%.When the concentration is over 10 ppm,plants start to die.However, damages caused by Cr(Ⅲ) appear only when the concentration is over 400 ppm.The domage symptom appeoring for wheat is 40 ppm from Cr(Ⅵ) and 200 ppm from Cr(Ⅲ).The content of Cr in wheat grain is higher than that in corn grain,and for the same crop,Cr contents in leaves and stems are greater than those in grains.In addition,CrC13 has stronger toxicity to crops than Cr2(SO4)3.
