冬小麦1A缺体单倍体的细胞学研究

摘要:
对1B/1R易位系冬小麦73(36)9-1的1A缺体单倍体小孢子母细胞和小孢子进行了细胞学观察,结果表明:①减数分裂有双线期,76.7%细胞的全部染色体都有不同形态的双线结构,而中期Ⅰ染色体配对的细胞只有41%;②末端联会较多,并靠联会较少,其分布随每个细胞二价体数目的增加而逐渐减少;③四分体时期有大量的二分体,一分体和三分体,它们进一步发育成大量的败育小孢子和少量异常小孢子;④中期Ⅰ和小孢子中有不同频率的融合细胞。

A Study on Cytology for lA Nulli-haploid of Winter Wheat

Abstract:
Observations on cytology for microsporocytes and microspores in lA nulli-haploid of 73(36)9-1 winter wheat of iB/lR translocation line were made. The results indicate that.(1) There is diplotene stage at meiosis, and all the chromosomes of 76.7% cells have diplonema structure with different forms, but the cells with various pairing are only 41% at MI;(2) The association of end to end has more chromosomes than those of side by side. The two associations progressively decrease with the increase of the number of bivalent in each cell;(3) In tetrad stage, there are large quantity of diads, monds, triads, as well as 5.1% of quadrants. Ther tend to develop into a great quantity of abortive microspores and some abnormal microspores;(4) The fusion cells of various freqency occurr at MI and in micro-spores.
