将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)注入奶山羊一侧颈交感干,逆向追踪投射到颈交感干的脊髓交感节前神经无胞体的分布节段及定位。标记细胞出现于第1至第9节胸髓(T1-9)同侧的中间外侧核主部(ILp)、中问外侧追索部(ILf)、中介核(IC)、中介核室管膜旁部(ICpe)和腹角外侧缘部(VH)。标记细胞总数的91.17%集中在T1-5髓节,高峰在T3髓节,占29.87%。标记细胞总数的91.92%分布于T1-9髓节ILp,79.98%集中在T1-5髓节ILp,高峰在T3髓节ILp,占29.15%。 |

Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was injected into the cervical sympathetic trunk of milk goats. The labelled cells were found in the T1-9 segments of the spinal cord with the highest accumulation of the labelled cells in T1-5 segments and the peak in the T3 segment ipsilaterally. The labelled cells were located in five distinct areas of the spinal cord, the nucleus intermedioiatcralis pars principalis(ILP);nuc. intermediolateralis pars funicularis (ILF) ; nuc. intercalatus (IC); nuc. intercalatus pars paraepenuymalis (ICpe) ; and the lateral border area of the ventral horn (VH) , however, the majority of labelled cells were in the ILP. |
