光热及pH值对苦皮藤有效成分生物活性的影响

摘要:
温度和pH值对苦皮藤有效成分的生物活性虽有一定影响,但这种影响较小,在80℃,pH10条件下保温4h,其生物活性只降低15%。光照也会使苦皮藤有效成分失活,但这种作用比较缓慢,在阳光下曝晒9天,其生物活性仅降低24%,可满足大田防治的要求。

Abstract:
Although temperature and pH may have some effects on biological potency of the active components of Chinese bittersweet, those effects are small. Under the condition of 80℃ and pHlO, the active components withstanding for 4 hours might give 15% reduction in activity. Exposure of theactive componets of Chinese bittersweet to sunlight caused a slow decrease in biological potency. The active comronents exposed in the sunlight for 9 days gave only 24% reduction in activity as compared to the unexposed active components.
