水分胁迫对玉米SOD和POD活力及同工酶的影响

摘要:
随土壤水势下降,抗旱性玉米二叶的SOD活力明显上升,而不抗旱玉米变化不大,其SOD同工酶谱均为四条带,且不受水分胁迫影响,但正极向条带活性与品种抗旱性有关。随土壤水势下降,玉米POD活力虽均上升,但不抗旱品种上升幅度小或上升后又下降。抗旱品种POD同工酶谱有明显增加。表明玉米SOD和POD对不同水分胁迫响应的差异与品种抗旱性有关。

EFFECT OF WATER STRESS UPON SOD AND POD ACTICITY AND ISOENZYME OF CORN

Abstract:
With soil water potential reduction, the activity of SOD in the second leaves of the drought-resistant corn cultivars goes up apparently. The activity of SOD in thesecond leaves of non-drought-resistant doesn't vary much. The isoenzyme pattern of SOD had four bands in both drought-resistant and non-drought-resistant corn cultivars withous being affected under different water stress. The activity of SOD bands near the positive pole was related to the drought-resistant properties of corn cultivars. With the reduction in soil water potential, the activity of POD in the second leaves of either drought-resistant or non-drought-resistant corn cultivass may go up.In the drought-resistant corn cultivars, the isoenzyme patterns of POD have an obvious increase, thus, indicating that the difference of SOD and POD of corn cultivars response to different water stress are related to the drought-resistant properties of corn cultivars.
