| Abstract: |
| The paper system atically reviewed the present levels and developing tendency in future on the technique for bisection (separation) of mammalian embryos at home and abroad. Also, it briets on the pnogress of situation on factors affecting the survival of bisected embryos, freezing of bisected embryos, synthesis of chimerae, sex determination for embryos, and nuclear transplant in the mammal. |
