陕西省斑蟊素资源的初步研究

摘要:
初步调查表明,陕西省斑蟊素资源昆虫有19种,属于鞘翅目芫菁科的16种,拟天牛科的1种,同翅目蝉科和蜡蝉科各一种。用气相色谱对其中14种昆虫,9种甲虫不同性别,及三种芫菁体躯不同部位的斑蟊素含量进行了测定,芫菁科的11种均含有斑蟊素,其中斑蟊属Mylabris Fabricius的3种含量高,特别是眼斑芫菁M.cichorii L.及大斑芫菁M.phalerata Pallas两种含量最高。沃黄拟天牛Xanthochroa waterhousei Harold含有斑蟊素在国内是首次报导。斑衣蜡蝉Lycorma delicatula(White)含有少量斑蟊素。黑翅红娘子Huechys sanguinea(De Geer)不含斑蟊素。用氯仿与苯甲醚混合溶剂提取斑蟊素和配标样,重现性好,提取效率高。用气相色谱分析昆虫体内的斑蟊素含量快速而灵敏。

A PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION ON THE CANTHARIDIN RESOURCES OF SHAANXI PROVINCE

Abstract:
On the basis of preliminary investigations in 1987 there are in Shaanxi Province 19 species of insects that contain cantharidin. The cantharidin contents of 14 species, of different sexes of 9 species and of different body parts of 3 Sipecies belonging to the family Meloidae are analysed and determined by means of gas chromatography. 9 species of meloids all contain cantharidin. Among them the cantharidin levels of 3 species of the genus Mytabris are the highest (0.62~1.3l%) , The respective levels of 4 species of Eptcauto, 1 species of Lyiic, 2 species of Malo and Megatrachlis pclitus Gebler are 0.05~0.78%, 0.66~0.78%, 0.04~0.17% and 0.07~0.08%. Male meloids have higher cantharirin levels than female. The cantharidin level of Xanthochroa waterhourset Harold belonging to the family Oedemeridae is 0.26~0.45%. Female oedemerid beetles have higher levels than incle. Lycorma ddelcai (White) belonging to the family Fulgoridae contains cantharidin, and its level at the nymphal stage (0.13~0.17%) is obviously higher than the adult stage (0.05~0.07%). Huechys sanguined (De Geer) belonging to the family Cicadidae was reported to contain cantharidin in "Pharmaceutical Fauna of China" and other books, the analytical results indicate that this species does not contain cantharidin. The mixture of chloroform and anisole is used to replace chloroform or acetone with better results in cantharidin abstraction efficiency and reappearance. Our experience is that it is more pricise and time-saving to apply gas chrcmatography to the analysis and determination of cantharidin levels in the insect body.
