| 应用精氨酸诱导奶山羊泌乳,并测定了诱导乳汁和血浆17β-E2的含量,结果表明:在雌二醇和孕酮对空怀奶山羊乳腺作用的基础上,精氨酸具有诱导泌乳的作用,且奶产量比利血平组高27.3％。从停止注射苯甲酸雌二醇的第12天或从开始泌乳的第9天起,诱导乳汁中17β-E2含量与商品乳差异不显著(P>0.05)。在泌乳的1～29天,乳汁17β-E2与血浆17β-E2含量呈强正相关(r=0.8094,P<0.001)。 |

| Arginine was used to induce laetation in non-pregnant dairy goats , and the concentration of estra diol-17 β of milk and plasma in the goats during the experiment was measured by Radioimmunoa ssay . The results are as follows: ( l ) argine had the funetion to induce lactaiton in non-pregnant dairy goats based on the effect of exogenous estradiol and progesterone on their mammary gland ; ( 2 ) the yield of milk in arginine group increased by 2 7 . 3% as compared with that in reserpine g roup : ( 3 ) there were no differences in the coneentration of estradio-17β between milk of the ind uce-lactation goats and commercial milk starting from the 9th day of lactation or the 12th day of stopping injeetion estradiol benzoate ( P > 0.05) , ( 4 ) there was a close correlation in the coneent ratoin of esrtdiol-17β between milk and plasma(r=0.8094,P<0.001) during the first 29 days of lactaiton . |
