| Abstract: |
| In close connection with the existing situations of this University,the paper deals with the necessity and possibility of improving the language proficiency of foreign language teachers through the translation of scientific and technological literatures in cooperation with professional teachers and technological personnels. Also,the paper discusses the importance of the adaptation of this approach to promoting the reform of foreign language teaching and improving teaching quality with the objective to probe into an effective way to raise language proficiency of foreign language teachers in the institutions of higher learning. |
