| 由陕西关中15个大麦品种的种子检出了四种德氏霉属病原真菌,即根腐叶斑病菌(Drechslera sorokiniana)、条纹病菌(D.graminea),网斑病菌(D.teres)和四胞德氏霉(D.tetramera)。依据吸水纸培养特征,能快速检测这四种种传德氏霉病菌。文中详细描述了它们的吸水纸培养特征、鉴别特点以及与种子上常见腐生菌的区别。 |

| Drechslera sorokiniana,D.graminea,D.teres and D.tetramera were found in association with barley seeds of 15 kinds of barley cultivars in Guanzhong, Shaanxi province.The four species and certain saprophytes can be distinguished from each other by habit characteristics in blotter test.Also,the relative habit,diagnostic characteristics of them and some saprophytes in seeds were described in detail. |
