小麦矮秆材料D2的F1致矮性及对株高结构的改良

摘要:
用 D2与19个中高杆小麦亲本杂交 F1代研究表明:D2对中高杆亲本有普遍的 F1代致矮能力,其致矮力随高亲株高增加而增强。D2对高亲株高的致矮力主要表现在下部三个节间,上部两节间缩短较少,故可提高 F1代的株高结构指数。D2与矮变1号、大姆指矮 F1致矮力表现顺序为:矮变1号>大姆指矮>D2。将 D2的 F1代致矮性引入杂交小麦育种体系,可望恢复系株高在82.6±10.3cm 时,F1代株高降低至70.7±6.1cm 的高产小麦株高区间。

Abstract:
The result in F1 from D2 crossed with 19 parents with medium and high plant heights shows that D2 has a dwarfing effect upon the parents with medium and high plant heights.This dwarfing effect is strengthened with the increase of plant height.This dwarfing effect appears mainly below three nodes but a little above two nodes,thus,increasing the plant height component indexes.This dwarfing effect of "Aibian No:1" is the best of the three dwarfing varieties,followed by "Tom Thumb",and then "D2".If this dwarfing effect of "D2" is introduced into the breeding systems of hybrid wheat,it can be expected that when the plant height of the recovering lines is 82.6±10.3cm (n=633),that of F1 generation is reduced to 70.7±6.1cm in high-yielding wheat regions.
