| 把保藏的11株苏芸金杆菌分成两个试验菌株组,采用分群混合双层分离到4株带噬菌体的菌株 B1,B2,B4,B5,并对其溶原性做了初步观察。经单菌落传代,加热处理芽孢以消除游离噬菌体,4个菌株皆继续释放噬菌体,且对本身释放的噬菌体具免疫性,由以上特点可以确定这4个带噬菌体菌株都是溶原性菌株。应用紫外线或丝裂霉素 C 对 B4,B5进行产生噬菌体的诱导效应试验,B5有明显的诱导效应,而 B4 经诱导后噬菌体释放量增加不多。 |

| Four phage-carrying strains of Bacillus thuringiensis(B1,B2,B4,B5) were isolated from 11 preserved strains by group-mixture test method,and a preliminary observation was made of their lysogency.After serial isolation of single colony or heat treatment of spores to get rid of free phage,the bacteria were still capable of releasing phage.The bacteria also showed a complete resistance to infection with the phage released by themselves.Based on these characteristics,Bacillus thuringiensis strains 1,2,4,5(B1,B2,B4,B5) were considered to be typical lysogenic strains.Treatment with Mitomcin Cor irradiated with ultraviolet light resulted in agreat increase in phade production of B5.But no obvious effect of induction to B4 could be found. |
