王水——高氯酸与氢氟酸——高氯酸消解土壤的方法对比

摘要:
为了确定使用王水——高氯酸法消解土壤,测定铜、铅,镍、锌和镉等元素的可行性,对控制样 B 号土、(土娄)土、褐土等进行了与氢氟酸——高氯酸法消解的对比实验。结果显示:后法所测结果稍高于前法。经 t 检验,只有塿土中的铜,褐土中的铜和镍差异性显著,但其分析值均在平均值加减一个标准差(X±1S)范围之内,符合分析要求。说明可以用王水——高氟酸法代替氢氟酸——高氯酸法测定土类中铜、铅、镍、锌和镉。

THE METHODS OF "AQUA REGIA"-PERCHLORIC ACID AND HYDROFLUORIC ACID-PERCHORIC ACID USED IN DIGESTING SOILS IN CONTRAST

Abstract:
In order to ensure the feasibility of the methods of "Aqua reia"-Perchloric Acid used to determine Cu,Pb,Ni,Zn and Cd in digesting soils,An contrasting experiment was conducted on the controlled soil samples of B soil,Loutu soil and brown soil in comparison with that of hydrofluoric Acid-Perchoric Acid to digest soils.The results from the experiment showed that the results of the latter method were slightly higher than those by the former one.T tests also indicated that there was a significant difference between Cu in loutu soil and Cu and Ni in brown soil,whose analytical results were in the range of(X±1S),being agreeable to the analytical requirements.This indicates that the method of "Aqua regia"-Perchloric acid can be used to determine Cu,Pb,Ni,Zn and Cd in soils instead of that of Hydrofluoric Acid-Perchoric Acid.
