洛夫林10抗条锈性与过氧化物酶活性关系初探

摘要:
用条锈菌(Puccinia Striiformis West)的不同菌系接种小麦洛夫林10后,接种叶片内的过氧化物酶活性的增长因菌系——寄主组合不同而异。在抗病反应的组合中,过氧化物酶活性增长十分显著。而在感病反应组合中,酶活性增长不显著。由此表明:洛夫林10叶片内过氧化物酶活性的迅速增长与其抗条锈性密切相关。

Abstract:
This paper is a brief report of a preliminary study of the relationship between the peroxidase activity and the resistance of Lovrin10 variety to yellow rust (Puccinia striiformis West.),Experimental results indicated that after inoculation of the leaves of Lovrin10 variety,the peroxidase activity was changed and varied with the different race-host recombinations.In the recombination with resistant reaction,the peroxidase activity increased fast,and in the recombination with susceptible reaction,the peroxidase activity showed no obvious increase.The results indicated that there was a close relationship between the variation of peroxidase activity in the inoculated leaves of Lovrin10 variety and the resistance of that variety to yellow rust.
