锌肥对油菜碳代谢的影响

摘要:
本文利用14CO2示踪法和作物酶学诊断技术,研究了在缺锌的石灰性土壤上,施用锌肥对油菜碳素同化作用的影响。测定结果表明:锌能提高碳酸酐酶的活性,增强油菜对 CO2的同化能力,促进油菜生长,并能提高籽粒产量(提高3.96克/株)和含油量(提高3.14%),但对品质的影响不大。

Abstract:
This Paper deals with the effects of application of zinc fertilizer upon the carbon assimilation of rape to the zinc demanding soil by means of 14CO2 tracing and crop enzymic diagnosis techniques. Results from the determination show that zinc can improve the activities of carbonic anhydrase,strengthen the capability of rape to assimilate CO2,promote the growth of rape and raise grian yield of rape(3.96g/plant)and oil content in grain (3.14%).But,there is no effect on its quality.
