| 应用 RIA 对公水牛(n=23)血浆睾酮(T)和17β—雌二醇(17β—E2)水平进行了研究。犊牛(5—6月龄)的 T 值最低,为66.7±20.9pg/ml( ±S.D);其后逐月增加,10月龄为122.8±26.9pg/ml;20—24月龄为152.9±24.4pg/ml;成年牛为1112.8±170.4pg/ml 结合外部观察,发现水牛在10月龄最早出现性行为;20—24月龄出现一般性欲,说明 T 是促使性成熟和性行为表现的必要条件。20—24月龄17β—E2为7.4±1.3pg/ml,成年牛为7.9±0.6pg/ml。在5,9月份同一时间昼夜间隔2小时和2小时内间隔20分钟取样,T 和17β—E2的分泌没有明显的季节性变化。 |

| Relationship between Changes of Plasma Testosteron,17β-estradiol Levels and Breeding Performances in Male Buffaloes |

| Abstract: |
| The peripheral plasma testosterone (T) and 17β-estradiol (17-E2) in male buffaloes were determined with RIA.T level was the lowest (66.7±20.9pg/ml) in calf buffaloes of 5-6 mouths old,but subsequently raised mouth after mouth,to 122.8±26.9pg/ml in those of 10 mouths old,152.9±24.2pg/ml in those of 20-24 mouths old just in puberty and 1112.8±170.4 pg/ml in adult buffaloes.It was found in combination with external observation that sextuality behaviour in buffaloes of 10 months old appeared and general sextuality occured in them at the age of 20-24 months.This showed that twas the necessary condition for stimulation of sextual behaviour maturity.Samples were taken at the interval of 20 min.within 2 hours at the interval of 2 hour day and night in May and September.Results showed that there was no significant seasonal changes in T and 17β-E2 in male buffaloes. |
