| Abstract: |
| This experiment was conducted to study the callum formation and the plant regeneration from the endosperm tissues of barely in vitro.As a result,the success was made in the callum formation and plant regeneration from the endosperms cultured in MS medium supplemented with certain allien hormones.Allien hormones and the developing degree of endosperm had a promoting effect upon the induction of endosperm calli.It seemed that the embroy had not a great effect upon the induction frequency of endosperum calli. |
